Trustee Services offers solicitation and tabulation services of the voting process for proposed plans of reorganization. Creditor, class and amount specific ballots are printed and distributed along with the Disclosure Statement and Plan of Reorganization.

Ballots are received and immediately inspected, date/time stamped and tabulated. Balloting certification and class tabulation results is supplied for filing with the court.
